Dekra Emissions

I went to the Dekra Jonesboro Road location on 05/16/22 around 5:30pm to 5:40pm for an emission test. I pulled around the back of the car wash up to the cones in front of the Emission work station. The cones said "do not enter" so I waited for someone to come out and give me instructions. I waited and I waited.....I saw no signs of life. I saw a black economy style vehicle parked in front of one of the carwash stalls so I figured that car belonged to the person working the Emission station since it appeared the carwash was closed. I blew my horn to get the workers attention because they may have been busy inside the station and did not know I was there. All of a sudden a white male came out yelling and screaming like a maniac, flailing his arms around in the air. I was stunned.... He said don't you see this ****ing sign right here...it says do not enter...go over there. I said Sir, I do not work here as he continued to yell and scream. I felt very frightened because you do not know what people will do now..... He walked away and went back into the station. I could not believe what I had just witnessed. I thought the sign stating do not enter meant that the driver was to wait for instructions from the employee before entering. I had no clue it meant to enter from the opposite side????? There is no way that the owners do not know about this employees behavior because there is no way he has not done this before. Problem is....maybe he is the owner....He was very comfortable in his RAGE.....I drove to another emission station and was greeted with respect and dignity. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. That guy was an absolute nut case!!!!!
