DEKRA EDENVALE HORRIBLE SERVICE

What a horrible experience at Dekra Edenvale. Firstly you get there first but cars from dealerships are a priority. They basically don’t care about people that come in privately. Secondly everyone is just doing a run around with no one checking cars unless you complain. I had 5 cars that skipped me. I had to wait for 6 hours and only after I said I’m leaving they wanted to do something. If you’re going privately I would suggest STAY AWAY
