Dekra Dragging Feet

I had the pleasure of a lost morning at Dekra Egoli today. If I did not know any better, I would have swirn it is a government department. Everything happens at a snails pace. I thiught I was being too judgemental having some 30 years experience in the Motor Industry, but I was approached by two other customers sharing their concern that inspectors seem to be wandering about without inspecting cars. I was told that the report would be emailed to me within an hour or two as it needed to be vetted. It is now 4 hours after I have keft and no e mail. It is clear that these stores are now corparately owned and no entrepreneurs are in charge to drive productivity
