Dekra can't be trusted

They are a total ***** bought a car from Motus Select Honda & Mitsubishi East Rand Mall the car past the test with chipped flicker on the mirror, and radiator had no std cover over it so it was totally exposed had the car for a week and there where stone hole in radiators. Their little rating system means nothing.
