Damage caused by Dakra, Edenvale

I recently took my car in for a road worthy test at the Dekra branch in Edenvale. Now, my car is a 2022 model and I bought it brand new off the original dealership. One would imagine that a 2 year car that is being driven daily would not have any significant wear and tear in the interior, except for some cracks on the driver's seat, because of **** leather of course. When I received my car back after testing, there was a tear on the driver's seat, by the seems where the driver's legs would be. The tear was deep enough to show the sponge inside the seat. I then reported my seat to the branch manager and layed a complaint, however, to my disappointment, the Dekra HQ refused to pay for my seat to be repaired. The damage was done at the branch but they claim that the seat could've been like that when they received the car. I specifically explained to them that there were only minor tears on the seat, as explained above but nothing that deep. Take pictures of your car before taking it to these facilities because they are unprofessional and when they damage your car, they will claim that they received in that condition. I'm extremely disappointed and I need help to get them to fix my seat.
