Cash in Pocket?
I was quoted R650.00 of which i had to pay at least R450.00 in cash for the registration of a scooter ... something smelled fishy so i walked across the road and did it myself funny the traffic department only charged me R225.00 so where would the other R225.00 have gone? The Attitude of one of the staff members arguing and fighting with another openly in the reception area was also not on.<br> SERVICE people SERVICE .....
