Car First Registration and Model

Good day, I would like to find out about the car that I am purchasing from KMH Durban - It was sent for an inspection yesterday. The dealership says the car is a 2013 model whereas an inspection from Dekra says 2012 and the first registration of the car is 05 December 2012.

They have assured me that it is indeed a 2013 model but sometimes it happens that Dekra will pick up a wrong car year model/first registration thereof.

Please can I get someone to contact me and explain this to me if it is true before I can make a payment for a wrong car. I am buying this car for Uber/Taxify and they only accept 2013 model or newer.
