Bad service from a very rude Admin lady at Dekra Zambezi

I have experienced a very bad and poor service at Dekra Zambezi, I went there to do a roadworthy test on my car for an Uber, and I explained to the lady that works there and she then told me for the roadworthy I needed to pay R700, I asked her why R700 as this is not a shuttle, the lady was very rude to me and didn't even listen to me and insisted that I must pay the R700, only to find out that it costs only R300. I had to do another test as Uber did not want to accept the test that was done for R700 on my car. I went back to Dekra and I tried to explain to the manager as to what happened and the manager did not want to help and insisted that I should pay R300 for another test. I am really disappointed with the level of service that I have received from the lady that helped me as she was very rude, should she listened to me none of this could have happened. She is so Unprofessional and does not know how to talk to customers. I have escalated the matter to Dekra's head office , but they also told me that I was the one at fault due to the service request that I have filled in, but I was advised by their rude admin lady on what to fill in. They do not want to take accountability for their mistakes. I need my refund of R700 from Dekra as this was caused by their rude staff.
