BAD Service & Attitude

Will not recommend Dekra Silverton to anyone!!!<br> <br> BAD SERVICE and the staff swear a lot and gossip about clients, calling them names while I'm in the store. <br> <br> I took my papers in for change of ownership as well as license renewal. After waiting 2 and a half weeks for my papers I receive a phone call that my papers is done. To my surprise only my change of ownership has been done telling me that I said nothing regarding license renewal, although the tax invoice states Change of ownership and license renewal. (She claims that I had to tell her verbally that I want a license renewal done, as if filling in a form with my request is not good enough.) This is not my first bad experience with this store just overlooked the previous matters. <br> <br> I will not recommend this store to anyone. <br>
