Bad service

The worst service ever staff impatient and useless especially front desk. I went there to get roadworthy certificate as I have misplaced mine was given wrong documents and called them again was told they don't keep any copies with them they just started recently so they would have to inspect my car again and pay full amount again. So I have to pay again for their error. Will never go back there ever again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I'm beyond ****ed.
