Bad Attitude

Took my car in for inspection at the midrand Branch, My car was certified road worthy except they failed it because the number plate was plastic as new law requires metal plates, this was no problem went next day with new plates , the lady say it has no Rivets ,went back put rivets ,again was told it needs to be on a special plate. Now am getting frustrated and they call in the manager who instead of helping comes and asks me why am asking stupid question. We were almost getting into a fist fight with Andre there manager. I have never seen or experienced such bad service and attitude ever in my life. I called headoffice to complain and 2 weeks later have not head anything......Good Luck with there business.
