i purchased a vehicle from auto elegance in PTA. it had a dekra report. the car passed roadworthy. i had a blow out on tyre on vehicle, as tyre was worn. when tyre replaced they said that the control arm bushes were also worn. it should have not passed roadworthy, regarding this. i phoned your office and got the dekra report. all the remarks were not written in your report, but on a separate blank A4 paper. which i thought was irregular. i sent this to the car dealer principal. on this A4 it mentioned that 2 back tyres badly worn and that control arm bushes had some play. i emailed this to dealer principal and he will not accept as part of your report. i then contacted marius schutte on 23 nov. he has not yet rep**** or called regarding this matter. poor customer service, that he does not reply as he mentioned. i just chatted to him. he said this A4 paper remarks is not irregular. please advise as the car dealership will not accept as does not have car details or your dekra logo on page. which i now require as i am taking legal action against the car dealership.

With reference to our previous conversation.A Technical inspection was conducted on 19/05/2015 at DEKRA with odometer reading 163341km which indicate the condition of the vehicle at that specific time and point.The condition of the the tires were clearly indicated on the report.The vehicle was then declared roadworthy on 07/08/2015 (3 months later) by a Private test centre NOT DEKRA.
