AA Dekra Durban Central is trash

Awful service received from AA Dekra in Durban central on Tuesday the 09/11/2021. Arrived at the premises around 9AM with the intention of getting my Uber inspection done on a new vehicle. The agent attending to me politely said these inspections are only conducted after 1PM daily and should only return then. At 1 PM on the spot I arrived at the testing centre and was remembered from earlier where I made payment of R184.00 as per Uber inspection charge, they began asking one another who is going to be conducting the uber inspections for the day where they exchanged communication amongst one another with the eyes amongst themselves till I was requested to take a seat (there were no vehicles worked on all this time) of which I did. Twenty minutes passed unattended, 30, 45 and exactly 55 mins later another official in another office asks me have I been helped? I explained as to how far I have gone trying to get this over with and he also himself was astonished and clueless as to why I had been sitting there all along when there were others being attended to and necessary work being done on the vehicles brought to AA Dekra. I am very disappointed in their service and poor reception coupled with neglect.
