2 hours of non service

I brought my car in for inspection. They said it has failed due to a smooth tyre (which is bull****). I changed the car tyre and brought it back. I have been sitting since 12 waiting to be assisted and my car was only driven inside ans nothing was done to it 4 more than an hour. This other white man came in ( i think they know him based on their conversations with him)...he came in, they took his car for inspection while we were sitting there like bunch of lost ***s. This is nonsense and something needs to be done with the service provided by Dekra Midrand workers.
