Worst service I have ever received

Bennie is a very dishonest man. I paid for window frosting and blinds in September 2024, he did some of the windows but 2 designer frostings are still outstanding. I have been following up with him September until February 23rd with no resolution. I asked for a refund in December and he's been promising to pay me. It is now February and he has not refunded me. Do not do business with this company
