Vertical Blinds blunder disappointed

I have had the worst experience with this company. After a month of waiting for blinds as we covered our windows with paper, they brought when they came to take measurements. As per usual you have to wait for the order to arrive, so finally they came. They installed the 2 bedrooms perfectly,hands up to the gents. Then lounge window was installed, when it came to the patio sliding door, thats where it went wrong. They brought roller blinds instead of vertical blinds, the lady called Chanelle, who came and advised us which ones to choose, having specifically told her I want vertical blinds,as our main concern was that we use the patio often so we need blinds that can split in half and overlap on the side wall to accommodate the regular opening of the sliding door of which was agreed.

What ticks me off the most is that the lady who assisted us at the Midrand branch, just told me that we will need to need to keep the wrong one and purchase the ones we want. Which I just find appalling. So for them to respond in such a manner is just wrong. I requested her to setup a meeting face to face with Chanelle and us in the same room to get to the bottom of this. I would appreciate honest business. Mistakes happen but the aim to ensure that you try to get to the bottom of it than just saying buy them again,seperately. I am not impressed with Dekor blind Midrand’s service.
