Just read carefully your lease agreement before signing.

Please be careful when dealing with this Agent Drs. He rushes you to sign the contract without explaining the full details and all the late payments panalties. There are endless charges on your Water & Lights account like R100 bank charges, R200 for refuse, R100 for admin. You are just billed endless petty charges that inflate ypur account to ridiculous amount at the balance due. He's not prompt in solving your maintenance issues if the property that he's suppose to fix. Just also be careful of the long list of initial cost of the contract, if you don't pay attention you will end up paying for "pool services" when your complex doesnt rven have a pool. Just be careful with this guy and insist on reading your contract before you sign it.
