deposite

In february 2014 I rented a flat via deko real estate I paid deposit of R10300,R2500 was for rental and R7800 was for deposit.I had a lease of one year which expired on the end of january this year.I moved out of the flat on 30th of January 2015 and was suppose to get my deposit money,I was told by Des Bann I have to pay water and electricity so that he can close the account at the body corporate which De Lucia group, I told him he can pay water <br> and electricity and give me the difference,i contacted De Lucia group to send me the final amount for water and lights and the amount they sent was R2125.26.Des promised to pay the difference on the 28th of february which is R5674.74 he only deposited R1074.74.<br> When I call him him to ask about he got to that figure he tell me he paid rent and doesn't want to talk to me any more.
