<p>I have never experience such horrible service from Des Bann. When you happen to be a day late he sends you notices with a 2000 fine. Worse, when he was suppose to give me my deposit he only have me 9700 and said the balance was for late payment. I mailed him asking which payment till today he hasn't bothered to respond because he knows it's not true. Stay away from such people. No business ethiques at all. But it's okay the balance won't make me poor. I'm just happy I don't rent through him anymore. He was a nightmare.</p>
