Bad Service from Deja vu Dresses

I made wedding dress listing on their website & made payment for it to be posted on their website for advertising last year already. After several attempts to reach out, this has still not been resolved and neither have I received my money back. Its almost a year later and nothing has happened since! Very dissatisfied with their service!
