DEJAGER & TIMM ARE USELESS

De Jager & Timm are based in Parow. They have had 14 months to repair rust damage and some mechanical faults. They billed us 20k and what we finally received back late last night after threatening them with legal action is disgusting. This is a message that I sent my Sister in law this morning after going over the car last night. This morning we found even more shoddy and unacceptable work on the vehicle. They continue to blame subbies they contracted on the poor workmanship. We are going to have to spend even more money to fix what they messed up. ****** parts off the car, clear and apparent (and admitted) accident damage ... speakers gone, battery gone.. paint peeling and scratched..the list goes on an on.... and they call themselves professional Good Morning Sissie! By now you know Heksie is safe behind our gates! Firstly thank you so very much for all the effort and drama - I know it was a huge thing from your side and we are truely appreciative of all of your efforts. Please if you still need to pay anything to Eugene - DONT! The car came sans battery - this Thomas dude says Sam said it had no battery to start off with! The roof inner (which was the contentious issue twice if I understand correctly) is still falling in. The rear view mirror is missing - the sun visors are gone - the car was bumped in the front by "someone" - so they had to find a new front bumper (which doesnt fit - about an inch missing on the one side) - the lights were damaged - no indicators or lights working besides the brights - right side rear light not working. All the corsa badges are gone, the side reflector thingys are also gone! The paint job is scratched badly all over (they have spraypaint on all the black trim and windows. The seat rails that he said were ******* actually do work? So that story was BS ... she is also still missing badly - this Thomas dude says this car hasnt been serviced in years and in dire need of plugs point filters etc! (All stuff Eugene says he did and you paid for).. it pulls very badly to the right - they windscreen wiper that he put on are non existent - and the tyres were all flat and he drove it like that. I took it around the block and its idling super high and they clutch cable is broken and keeps dislodging! So PLEASE DO NOT PAY HIM ANY MORE MONEY! In my opinion and my suggestion is to take this to small claims court and get your money back. He has **** to you every step of the way and Sam as well. They went yesterday to take pics for Nelli and when he told them to take the car and deliver it they refused! They have also not paid this guy for this job. Now I dont know who is telling the truth because they are all very happy to try bury the other party on this but Sissie I dont want you to be taken for a ride on this! It is so unfair to you the person who has gone out of her way to honour Calvins wishes for Nelli and the car. Nelli cannot drive the car like this... besides not being 100% certain she will reach her destination from a safety aspect the car is unsafe. She is an Au Pair and has to transport another mans children around. The legal ramifications of anything going wrong will literally be the end of her and me. I have taken insurance out on the car but that does not kick in until we have taken pics of the car from all sides, had an immobilizer fitted and taken a pic of the disc and as the car is now they are going to refuse to insure her! You are more than welcome to come and have a look - you can even bring Hilton if you want. But Sissie all you have spent has not been spent on this car and it breaks my heart that someone has taken advantage of you like this. Please know that this is all coming from a good space. My brother said to me watch out for my wife ... and this is me doing just that. He knew I am ***** enough to be dead honest when honesty was needed. I love you dearly and always will. ***
