Avoid Degoo - they are ********.

It seems that Degoo is a ****. I bought a lifetime subscription for 10TB at the end of 2021 for about $100, and recently I received an email from a Degoo bot telling me that I'd uploaded files contravening their policies. These turned out to be music files that had been on my phone. The bot said I could appeal and an actual human would look at my reason for having music. I appealed, and also asked if they would refund me if they cancelled my account. Needless to say, no human ever contacted me and their bot came back telling me that my appeal had failed and they were going to cancel my account! I was very gratified that their bot wished me all the best anyway! 😂 Needless to say, there was no refunding of monies paid. This is very transparently a **** and I would strongly advise that you avoid these ********. At best, Degoo is in financial trouble and is desperate and thinks it's ok to ******* their customers. Avoid!
