service is awful

<p>my uncle took his car there to fix the whole engin and we were expecting wonderfull feedback, instead they took about 4 months to fix the car and when we finally got the car, it was in a horrible condition. we are very upset. the car is damaged and there is a lot of scraches on the car, yellow stains that we could not manage to get of. there are oil marks everywhere eventough they promissed to wash te car as they do not give back filthy cars. they didn't even tell us about the things that they couldn't fix and that they bumped the car. i found their service very unproffesional. we are not happy at all as we allready paid a lot and now have to spend more money on fixing the car. </p>
