Worst service by Defy

Defy has the worst service ever. My tumbledrier has been with the Nelspruit Service centre since beginning of December (almost 7 weeks). Up until today repairs has not even started and with to ETA. Always the same excuse - we are awaiting spares. Not once have they tried to phone and find out when the spares will be delivered to them. Never ever will I purchase any Defy product!!!! I have tried numerous times phoning the call centre without any luck.
