Washing machine

I got the worst experience with the defy washing machine I bought… it has be giving me problems since I bought and guess what they have sent technician 3 times but still the machine is not working DONT EVER BUY DEFY PRODUCTS THEY ARE BAD TO USE AND NOT FIXABLE And I’m taking this up with my lawyers
