Waiting for a part for 3 Weeks

I logged a call for my stove was not working L. So the technician came after a day. He told me that he will come back with a part to fit. It’s been 3 weeks and my stove is not repaired. When I call they say it’s been escalated. That’s all the feedback I get. I’m not very pleased with this because I’m forced to eat takeaways
