Useless technicians, faulty fridges, inability to resolve issues STAY AWAY

Bough a fridge that had to be replaced after 7 months of back and forth and 3 door replacements. Ultimately had the fridge replaced at my own cost, which was a significant financial blow as their technicians are borderline ***********. It was made very clear that the technician was not going to assist me in resolving my issue. nevertheless, it took me 9 months and a lot of my time to NOT resolve the issue of a faulty fridge. Bought a Samsung fridge at the end of the day - the best decision I could have made moving away from Defy and their inability to deliver basic customer care.
