Useless / Non-existent service

I logged a call on the 10th October 2022 for a technician to come out for a warranty repair on my Defy double door fridge. I was informed a technician will be at my house within 2-3 days (Depending on job cards). As I write this today 19th October 2022 still no technician was at my place (10 days later). And after numerous calls no one responds or calls back. I'm at the point of getting it fixed and sending the bill to defy. ***** the warranty. Utterly useless service
