The worst service in the world

Logged a service call on Friday 21st of January 2022 got an ref no. *** for a washing machine that is brand new. Waited till Tuesday the 25th before calling them to find out when the work will be done The help desk operator told me that he expedited the call to urgent and that I can expect the service agent early morning on Wednesday At noon on Wednesday I phoned them again and was told the service agent is on his way and will attend to the problem today still. However when I phoned them at 16:00 the help desk told met he marked it as urgent and that they will attend to the call on Thursday I feel this is unacceptable and think their service stink
