Terrible Service from Defy Appliances

Good Morning

I have been struggling over a month now with Defy Appliances customer service. I bought a double door defy fridge/freezer Model number : DFF447 and it has broke 5 times since past year, since June last year 2024. And defy keeps repairing the freezer portion and it breaks again. Now it has broke again and I have contacted the customer service Centre, they never even come out to see the fridge but the are ordering a fridge door to repair the fridge. I have lost 1000's of Rands of food on the last month plus previously as well.

I am asking them for a replacement because the fridge has broken 5 times already with the same problem and Defy is totally ignoring me. I am dealing with the following people but nobody can give me any answer, such bad service, it makes me regret buying they brand Ishmael Mosweu <***>, <***>, <***>, <***>. So many people and nobody is responding.

I am totally disappointed by the service from Defy. It saddens me that I trusted so much in they brand and went out and bought it and now I am sitting in so much issues with the appliance.
