Terrible customer servicev

I purchased a washing machine door seal from Defy center in Pinetown and took my old one as a sample They supp**** me a new one which they told me was correct as I supp**** the model number I took it to fit on my machine and was the incorrect size After trying to call their number many times I got hold of them and they promised to order a correct one on Monday the 30 January and should have by Wednesday the 1 February 2023 After numerous calls rhey told me the driver had gone to fetch from the depot and no follow up call letting me know if it arrived I called on Thursday the 2nd and was told they would call me back but surprisingly no return call and I kept calling their land-line but went on voicemail I tried again today the 3rd February from 8am but calls are on voicemail ailll want my correct part but this company does not even take my calls and took my money very quickly Very disappointed with their lack of customer service I just want the correct part or a refund.
