Schocking after sales service

Defy South Africa jas the worst after sales service I have ever seen. Been requesting an in warranty service on a tumble drier for weeks now. Constant promises that someone will come but no one pitches. If you buy a Defy and it breaks throw it on the ******* heap because that is how much if after sales service they have. Bad Defy really bad!
