Roodeport service centre: Disgusting service

Absolutely pathetic service.. The entire service centre for the Roodeport branch are ***** we been awaiting for a technician to come out for almost 5 days every day was lies stating they tried contacting us we made over 10 calls to them for the technician to come out or if we could contact the technician directly. Will never recommend or use them ever as we had to get another company to come out. Defy needs to employ a proper service centre that is competent..
