Review on Defy My fridge stopped working so called the Defy Service Centre. Was told a technician would be there in 3 days. The technician arrived the following week with no parts with him. He said he needed to replace the thermostat and would be back. Needless to say after numerous phone calls, WhatsApp messages, FB messages and escalations, I received zero communication and after 2 weeks got someone else in who fixed my fridge in 20 minutes. Defy your service and communication are disgraceful. Keep away from Defy products!
