Poor service with warranty on a fridge

The service at Defy is poor,I have been taken from pillar to post with my Defy Fridge that is no longer functioning but still under warranty,I reported the matter and three technicians from Defy came on different occasions trying to fix it but the fridge never got fixed,now that they have to give me a new fridge or at least loan me a fridge in the meantime while they are still figuring out a way forward,they hang calls,no one wants to assist or at least take the responsibility and now all my food in the fridge are rotten,why do they promise us heaven on earth with their appliances but on the time of crisis they are nowhere to be found with their promises when coming to warranty .please assist with a replacement fridge Defy, as my food are rotten now
