Poor service from Defy

Since May 2022 Defy technicians have been to my house 9 times to fix my fridge that is still under guarantee. They have replaced the compressor 4 times, the filter and it's been regassed several time but they refuse to replace it. My last report of a fault was 29 Dec & I've heard nothing from them.
