Poor service from Defy

Hi, We bought a Defy washing machine, a month after, the lid broke. I logged a call and after a month finaly someone came to have a look, a part was ordered an replaced and while the technician was here the lid mechanism broke again. The technician instructed us to speak to Defy to rather replace the washing machine. After numerous phone calls & mails was sent, no one bothered to get back to us. The call centre is also not very helpfull because they are not following their customers requests and not even mentioning the poor service from the management team.
