Poor customer service

my mom bought a washing machine & It is not working we have been trying to contact them. They said they would come & assist us during the week but they did not pitch. Called them today with the Job Number we received all the consultant was so Rude. I did not get his name. After Making me hold for 9 minutes saying he is checking the job number he came back shouting at me That he can not hear me. I Called for the second time they hung up on me. We will not tolerate such.
