Poor customer care

Terrible customer care from the service centre in Durban. Our Defy gas stove is still under guarantee and has a problem with the ignition switch. It was repaired by defy before and still gives a problem. We called out defy over a week ago and were promised that someone will come out. We still have not heard anything yet from them.
