Poor aftersales service

Nearly a week has gone by and Defy Service Centre Cape Town have yet to contact me regarding a repair to my washing machine that's less than a year old. Their escalating of my query is getting absolutely nowhere! Every single day I've called them but to no avail. Trying to get hold of a service manager is impossible, they won't even give me their name. Very unaccommodating staff at the service centre. I'm appalled and won't recommend them whatsoever!!!
