Please I need help. I Do not have Defy email address but hood like you to help me to report them or to assist me getting a new Fridge& Freezer from them as this one I have is begun repair

I struggle since Augustus 2022 with Defy to fix it. It was in the workshop foe more then 2 weeks and it gave me the same error. I am very disappointed in Defy and I struggle to get hold of the Managers. My Fridge & Freezer in only not even 4 years and I have problems. Defy service are very bad.
