Pathetic customer care

<div>I am appalled by the pathetic customer care. We called out the technician for our gas stove as the starter has been faulty. They mentioned they will order the part. On 5 July I get a call saying that a technician will come on 7 July. Nobody came and no phone call was made to us. My wife queried and was told that a technician was supposed to come through and an email was sent. We went through the same process on Thursday and Friday where my wife waited for the techniciannand when she queried was told that an email was sent through and that the technician should have come through.
