PATHETIC AMD VERY VERY POOR SERVICE FROM DEFY EAST LONDON

I received very very poor service from defy East London repair. I loved a call on tuesday 22nd and then next day phoned at there branch and spoke with chrisy, she told me she will organize some one to come and fix my defy frige SOON. I waited the whole day but nobody came . Next day I poked agin she told me same thing. I phoned 3 times that'd day she told me same thing. Nobody came. I thought they might will come thursday lwtvmw give them chance. They never came . Even friday passed nobody came . Mean while I tried phoning them several times but now they dont answer their phone . PATHETIC AND POOOR SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENT
