Ordered parts

Good day, about 2 months ago I went to the local service centre in Port Elizabeth to order 2 parts for a twin tub washing machine that is out of warranty. Gave my phone number to them and have contacted them twice to find out if the parts have arrived. They told me no and it would take longer to get the parts. I'm still waiting and have not heard anything from them yet. Does it really take so long to get a spin timer and lint filter. Would like to hear what they have say about this. I have various DEFY appliances and have seriously have to consider switching to another brand if this is going to happen every time. Thanks
