No service in East London

I logged a repair call out on the 14/11/2022 and was advised of a 48 - 72 hour turn around. The service team still have not attended and when contacted they advised that they work suburb by suburb in East London. If load shedding falls on your suburb's day you are bascially thrown out of the system and will be at least a week behind schedule???
