No response from Defy regarding installation of solar fridge

Bought a Defy solar hybrid fridge on the 14 th of December 2021. They said a technition would come and install it within 2 to 3 days. It is now the 3rd of January and still nothing hapened. I have phoned every day and send emails but no response. Everyday there is promises of phoning back but nothing ever happens. Would not recommend them to anyone.
