No Customer service with repairs

Phoned to speak to the manager Ismael. I get reference numbers with each call. They say he will phone back but he never does. Technician has excuses everytime for coming out. Been 2 weeks with no result. Bought the fridge at Makro and 2 months old it gave problems. Macro referred me to Defy and so the hassle started with NO costumer service.
