NO after sales service - do not buy Defy

You CAN"T rely on Defy. I wish I had researched the after sales service of Defy before buying my fridge freezer. The after sales service has left me without a fridge freezer for 10 days so far.. BUT... NO ONE can confirm when the 'part we are waiting for' will be in stock. Frank the technician.. great service. the rest of Defy after sales service.. it doesn't get worse than this.
