Never buy electric equipment at Marko and defy

We bought a washing machine from defy at Marko wonderboom. With extra service plan. But due machine breaks my clothes and bedding. We have called more than 3 times and they came out and just advise gave it and did it. It didn't help. I'm so tired of calling Marko all the time and they won't replace it or give me a refund. It scratches my clothes and makes marks on my clothes.
