Never buy anything defy every again!!!!!!

Defy has the worst after sales customer support you will ever experience in your life. My front loader washing machine started leaking. It is still within warranty. I called them for assistance. Took 3 days to come. Came, said they need parts to fix it and left. No eta Nothing. A week later I get a call saying they will be there in 30min time. No prior notice or communication. Came, took my machine completely apart. Informed me they brought the incorrect parts and only realized it is incorrect after talking the whole machine apart. Informed me they have to take the machine in to the service center. Now I find myself sending emails and phoning them for some sort of feedback. I could still use the machine with the leak so I was still able to do my laundry. Now they took it apart and left with it, but cannot offer me any type of feedback or ETA. Absolutely awful treatment towards paying customers.
